E.P. Donnelly, Inc. (“EPD”) was founded in 1985 by Ernest “Ernie” Donnelly as a union carpentry contractor specializing in exterior façade systems. Built on a foundation of craftsmanship, integrity, and precision installation, the company quickly earned a strong reputation within the commercial construction industry, partnering with leading general contractors throughout the tri-state area (Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware).

Over the past four decades, EPD has evolved into a premier union installer of architectural metal roofing and siding systems. The company specializes in complex, high-performance building envelope solutions, including metal roof systems, architectural rain screen systems, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, terracotta cladding, and porcelain façade systems. EPD is known for its technical expertise, safety standards, and ability to execute demanding projects on schedule and with exceptional quality.

Today, EPD remains a family-owned and operated business led by Patti Campi, President and daughter of the founder, and Gerry Campi, Project Manager. As a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE), EPD combines experienced union craftsmanship with modern building technologies, continuing its 40+ year legacy of delivering durable, high-performance exterior systems for commercial and institutional clients.
